I offer a holistic and person centred approach to massage, really listening to your individual needs - physical, emotional and mental. As a holistic therapist I draw upon a range of techniques and incorporate them into a massage which is tailored specifically for you. 

 

MOBILE MASSAGE - Based in Hanham, near Bristol, I cover up to a 30 minute drive - much of Bristol, South Glos and Bath.

I bring my comfy table and everything we need to your home. Perfect for those who struggle to get out, people with busy schedules and those who simply prefer the comforts and familiarity of their own environment. Women only, and men by referral. I can also do back to back appointments if both partners in a couple would like a massage for example.

THERAPY ROOM - a beautifully presented studio at Fizzy Collective co-working salon in Redfield, Bristol, where you'll find luxurious touches such as a heated massage table and oil warmer, herbal teas and coffee.

Holistic massage draws upon a range of techniques to create a bespoke and individually tailored massage to meet your unique physical and emotional needs.

You may want support to manage a chronic condition, to address areas of muscle tension or discomfort, manage stress or anxiety, for simple relaxation purposes, or most likely a combination of things.

Pregnancy Massage

Side-lying massage using cushions and bolsters to keep you feeling really comfortable and secure. Helpful for addressing those pregnancy related aches and pains, very grounding and nurturing in times of anxiety and can be a wonderful way to feel connected to baby.

Massage for women's health

Holistic massage which incorporates soothing abdominal massage, acupressure points and grounding holds to support you through - Menopause, Menstrual difficulties, Postpartum period and Fertility Journey. 

As with all treatments each massage will be tailored to your unique needs and wants.

Hi, I'm Hannah

I qualified in level 4, Holistic Massage with the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork in 2018 while pregnant with my firstborn. Being anxious about my pregnancy, I developed a unique insight into the impact of touch and how profoundly it can affect a person depending on their physical and emotional circumstances. I bring this to the forefront of my practice as a massage therapist ensuring that you are completely comfortable and feeling in charge of the process.

I am registered with the Massage Training Institute (MTI), an accrediting body which ensures the profesionality of registered practitioners through requirements such as continuous professional development and first-aid training.   

I am a qualified, but no longer practicing, Mental Health Nurse, a mum of two, keen cook and animal lover. I have a drive to connect with people and this has brought me to where I am today as a massage therapist. Welcome to Hannah Wharf Holistic Massage!
