### Accessible, Adaptable Massage

**Who is it for?**  
Accessible, Adaptable Massage is suitable for people living with a wide range of neurological or complex health conditions, including MS, Parkinson’s disease, stroke recovery, cerebral palsy, brain injury and long-term or chronic illness.

Each person’s experience is different. This approach offers gentle, responsive massage that adapts to your body, energy levels and comfort on the day.

**How can it help?**

Massage may support you by:

- easing muscle tension or rigidity
- reducing pain and discomfort
- supporting circulation in areas of reduced movement
- helping manage stress and anxiety
- improving sleep and relaxation
- supporting a sense of connection with your body

Above all, it offers a calm, supportive space where care is shaped around you.

**How sessions work**  
You don’t need to get onto a massage table to benefit. Sessions are fully adaptable and can take place seated in a chair, on a sofa or bed, or using cushions and bolsters for comfort and support. You’re welcome to remain in a wheelchair or in your own familiar space if that feels best.

**Working alongside your care**  
Accessible massage is designed to complement, not replace, any medical care, physiotherapy or support you may already be receiving. It offers gentle, non-invasive support focused on comfort, symptom relief and overall wellbeing.
